HERE'S WHAT CHU NEED: -spinach (it can be cooked already, or in leaf form) -eggs (however many you're eating) -pan -spatula -cooking spray -plate -tomatoes -knife -jalapenos (optional) -stove -milk -cup -fork -cutting board HERE'S HOW U DO IT: 1. Spray the pan and put on the stove. 2. Crack your eggs into a cup and pour just a little bit of milk in it, then whisk with a fork. 3. Dice tomatoes and jalapenos on your cutting board (if you're using them) and have them on standby along with some spinach. 4. Throw the egg mixture into the pan and then throw all the other ingredients inside after the eggs start to scramble. 5. Scramble until finished, turn off stove, and you're good! 6. Put your eggs on a plate because you aren't a barbarian. When in doubt, iHop probably has spinach eggs. -Ray Ray
